- Exercise:
- PROBLEM – I’ve seen so many people struggling with keeping a consistent workout schedule. They start training, it gets redundant, they don’t see results and they quit.
- SOLUTION – Ever heard of 21/90 rule? it takes 21 days to form a habit and 90 days to form a lifestyle. Now, Your goal is to achieve and break the 90 day target and you are set! …… How to do that you ask? Set up a plan. training 30 mins each day for 21 days. take a 2 day break. Then training 45 mins each day for the next 21 days. followed by a 2 day break, then bump it up to 60 mins per day and so on till you reach your target and it becomes a lifestyle!
- Diet/food:
- PROBLEM – Ironically the biggest reason that people are not able to stick to a diet is because they label their food as “diet”. Guys, diet comes with an expiry date! If you start a diet, you are going to end a diet too! simple as that.
- SOLUTION – Eating healthy food should be second nature. Don’t label anything you eat as diet, don’t make it special! Make it as normal as possible. Try it, when healthy food will become a common everyday occurrence, staying healthy will be effortless.
